Rest assured, we prioritise efficient order processing. All orders are typically processed within 3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. If desired, you can request another notification informing you of the estimated delivery time.

Please note that high order volumes or adverse weather conditions may cause slight delays. However, we will keep you well-informed about any such circumstances affecting order processing and local delivery.

Rocks and Stones offers local delivery Please see delivery calculator. Should you reside outside our designated delivery zones, kindly contact us at +64 27 475 2664 to discuss alternative arrangements.

We do not allow pickups from our Rocks and Stones yard.

Rocks and Stones provides local delivery. Please note that if a Placement Service is not selected upon purchase, we will need to tip rocks off onto a suitable delivery site.
– Dirt or a grassed area could be pitted or receive minor damage
– We cannot tip off on concrete or asphalt as this would cause significant damage.
– We require a minimum of 5m x 5m
– Tip location cannot be near a building or fence

Customer satisfaction is important to us. In the event that a product is found to be faulty or of unsatisfactory quality, a refund will be provided. However, please note that we do not offer refunds for change of mind for incorrect quantity ordered.
